We’ve all had that moment: the sun sets after a day on The Yard, and folks starts asking, “So what’s the move tonight?” They might have a ticket to a party, but only because there are limited vibes. Truth is, many folks simply don't feel like club'n after leaving the yard. The AfterYard is the unofficial, official Saturday night move for alumni who aren’t tryna force a vibe at the club.
What's the Vibe?
We're transforming a backyard into the chillest function of the weekend — live DJ, hanging lights, fire pits, drinks, BBQ stations, spades (and only one unto table because we really play spades), and grown, Black folks who still trying to get lit.
The vibes are similar to the yard but elevated! Slide through fresh from the campus or go to the hotel to change into something more comfortable — it’s your vibe, your way.
What are the Perks?
Don’t be the one hearing about The AfterYard the next day. Here’s the play: Free drinks all night, free parking, free BBQ appetizer stations from 10 p.m. until midnight, and a backyard-style setup with real energy — karaoke and club inflatable lounge, hookah for purchase, spades and uno section, fire pits, and vibe tents just in case it rains. The whole space is made to keep the campus energy going without missing a beat.
